Management will extend your hours mid-shift and make you get out sometimes 3 hours late without a care. Driving in winter is stressful and dangerous. You still have to attempt deliveries and going on slippery roads in front wheel drive trucks that slide around like crazy. Management is just a few dudes winging it without much care for employees. No opportunity for growth or increases in pay.
