Being flat, it lacks a clear career pathway or ladder. You need to choose your own adventure. No managers so you must be self-motivated to get work done and have high-integrity to build trust with co-workers.

Community within the company is available if you want to indulge. You learn something new every day. New ideas are always encouraged. It's a smaller company - this is a benefit to some, but a con to others. Really enjoyed my time working for Priority Designs.
