Focused neither on company growth nor on the personal growth of employees. Many colleagues were stuck at the same level or position for years. Salary is not suitable for qualified professionals. Also, work hours are super rigid regardless of employees' productivity and completion of tasks. Salary negotiations are possible only during a transfer to a higher position - which does not happen often even if the employee is qualified for it.
