Pros

Printable Promotions is the best company with the most caring and nicest boss I have ever had. Coming from a corporate culture where the average position lasted 2.5 years before I moved on to greener pastures, I have been at PP close to a decade and I hope to make it two. Great location, no micromanagement, you are trusted to do your work, very flexible and will accommodate your schedule, and doing what it takes to survive covid. If you find yourself working here, consider yourself lucky because it's a small company and you feel like part of a family. You are treated like an adult and appreciation and fun is always had. There is no wonder we are consistently one of the best places to work for according to our industry publication. Even if you don't work here, get swag from us because you will feel like part of the family too.

Cons

The lazyboy in the nap room is so comfortable I always doze off for longer than I plan to.

Pros

Results only work environment. We are trusted to get our jobs done and hit our individual metrics regardless of time of day we get the work done. Amazing teammates. I’ve never worked somewhere where you do your part of the process and hand the work off to a colleague and never have to worry about if it’s going to get done or not. And it will be done well! Leadership is willing to share in the successes of the company with quarterly and annual bonuses along with profit sharing and bonus payouts when company hits company wide profitability.

Cons

Smaller team of 10 ish which means career paths are not super deep however the flexibility of the work and the incredible company culture make it a moot point.

Pros

I feel like I have always had the opportunity to define my position and create my own value here. Through a very rigorous hiring process, the management AND employees get a say in who will be working hand-in-hand with them through their tenure. With a very low turnover rate and most employees staying for the better part of a decade (I'm currently sitting at 12 years), we get to know each other, lean on each other in our weaknesses and encourage each others' strengths. The management truly cares about not just our job performance, but our everyday lives and is careful to consider that a healthy and happy human creates a productive and valuable employee. We have created a professional environment that makes our clients believe we are a large company, but are so tight-knit that we treat each other like family. We are comfortable enough to get upset at each other, work it out, and laugh with each other 10 seconds later. If you want advancement, create it! The management trusts their employees enough to listen to them; if it'll benefit everyone, you can create growth in or out of your hired positions. Post-covid, it's realized that work-from-home will stay and is encouraged - however, we always make time to come into the office to say hi, or play online games together once a month just to get together outside of the realms of normal work responsibilities.

Cons

Sometimes we are asked to go outside of our comfort zone. While this isn't necessarily a negative thing, sometimes it does interfere with our normal duties that cause wheels to proverbially spin if deadlines are tight or work-loads are overbearing.
