Pros

Compensation about average for role. You get a chance to see all the code. Casual dress code. I can't really think of any more "pros" than that.

Cons

They don't think twice about firing people for the flimsiest of reasons. The company demands every consideration, but gives none. Here are some things you can verify yourself by reading new hire documents: They can fire instantly, but expect 30 days notice if you leave. They have a weird non-compete that could damage your career if you don't demand it be changed. If you live far away, you're not allowed to be a bit late for traffic to clear. Normally there's ONE WEEK vacation, if you negotiate for two, they act like they gave you the world. Bottom line: You don't matter.

Pros

Consistent in providing good quality promotional materials like brochures, business cards, posters, postcards and a lot more.

Cons

No downside for me. I see myself working for Print Place for more years.

Pros

I honestly can't think of any reason to work there. Maybe some of the people. Some of the people are great.

Cons

* INTENSE micromanagement * Extremely poor communication * Very poor planning - they basically run by the seat of their pants * Constant monitoring of all phone and computer communication * No path to advancement * No freedom to actually DO your job * Benefits were not very good and were expensive
