Free snacks (unless they have run out), water, ice machine, toaster oven, keurig Most people are friendly They will buy you braces and gloves, which you will need because you will be in pain. Inclusive with gender neutral bathrooms and respect to preferred names and pronouns.
Cons
Repetitive work. It’s hard on the body, a lot of people are wearing brace(s) of some sort. Not enough mats on the floor to help your feet from the hard concrete. It is extremely hot in the summer, I’ve seen people need to leave early due to heat stroke symptoms. Lower level management is, sadly, terrible. Zero communication skills. No managerial skills. They are likely only in management because they’ve simply stayed so long, the turnover rate is extremely high. Unprofessional managers who have been known to act out at employees. No paid time off (except for three days after a year.) no paid sick time. No paid lunch time unless your break is 19 minutes or under. Mandatory over time when they fail to maintain enough employees to keep up with the work flow.
