      Pros

      Non-managerial employees are very kind and hard working. Paid time off. Decent health insurance.

      Cons

      Zero room for upward mobility. Below average compensation. Multiple pay cuts with little to no notice in a 8 month time frame. Mass layoffs. HR is outsourced and useless. No communications between leadership and departments. Financial team has no idea what they're doing. Print Syndicate has been under an ongoing Tax Investigation for the last 3 months They will ask employees to form fraudulent market place accounts. Entire teams have left due to the toxic work environment Management has created. High stress low reward.

      - Work is 100% remote - Chill co-workers - Amazing Content Director - Thoughtful and caring about the well-being of employees - Always looking to improve the company as a whole - Overall good vibes -Flexible work hours as long as quota for the day is accomplished and hours are worked - You get paid $16/hr during the 3 months of training but after you have the opportunity to make more - If you work well and stay in the top 3 in making high sales you also get bonuses in your pay check!

      - HR has made some errors on pay info but everything was resolved overall

      -easy work for the pay -employees can be treated fantastically when the mood is right

      Cons

      -I'll echo that upper management is nuts. -Even the best and most loyal employees get fired when the going gets tough -Pay can get cut and all levels of management expect a thank you -Drama mill -Ideas and suggestions are not really welcome -Big promises get made, and almost always get broken
