      Well run business with all departments integrated correctly. People know their roles and are aware of the expectations.

      Cons

      Ups and downs like every job. The occasional bad apple you get in all walks of life.Everybody joining the business should be aware the industry and Prinova is constantly evolving.

      -Got to play a part in many different projects and learn a lot about the industry -Lots of exposure to project management and coordinating with contractors

      Pros

      Nice coworkers, but some managers have favorites and don't hide it.

      Cons

      Upper management is hiring too many "friends". Many directors and VP's areletting go of good employees for petty reasons just to bring in their friends. Totally ridiculous!
