Free tea, no milk half the time though. My line manager was really good with us. Clean Building Free parking
Cons
No pay rises, you may get a little one here and there but doesn't amount to anything. If you're not friend or family, you are nothing. Where is the CEO? Anyone important locked away in other building. Only works with car companies, banks and random brands - small money You must work to 200% if you drop to what they pay you, your gone! Projects teams constantly fearing for job.
