Pros

The starting pay is excellent. That’s all I can say that’s good.

Cons

Corporate employees are bullies. They work 1/2 days on Fridays and some have the option to work from home however, general employees aren’t allowed any of that. They use apps for petty cash cards and timesheets and yet will write you up if the app is having issues and you aren’t able to access them. You have to work for the company a year before you get a weeks vacation and even then, you have to put in for vacation a month in advance. There is a disconnect between corporate and the portfolio managers. The portfolio managers will tell you that your doing great and then corporate will write you up for every little thing. They are sneaky about the write ups to. You never know they are coming but then one day they are in your mailbox. The head of HR is rude and entitled. If you like being micromanaged, over worked and under appreciated, this is a great place for you.
