There is so much I love about working for Princeton Properties. What stands our most for me is the way they care about us. Princeton upper management and executives take the time to get to know their employees. We are not just a number, we are a person. They know our families; their names and our kids ages, they know our birthdays, if we have pets, and they celebrate milestone achievements in our lives like buying a first home. Your co-workers become family and family is undoubtedly valued company wide. Princeton invests in us through continued education programs, courses and training. Hard work is always recognized and innovation and creativity is encouraged at all levels.
