      Upper management changes out frequently, might take some time to get used to. Does not always take opinions of "lower level" employees very seriously.

      Colleagues are very nice. Good atmosphere. You will have your own office.

      Management teams are terrible. Sometimes treat people without respect and very stressful.

      Most employees are hard working, honest people really trying to better the company, good product, decent pay, benefits, time off policies.

      Cons

      Lay offs and forced shut downs not uncommon. Management concentrates on short terms cash goals vs long time growth.
