It's good for a seasonal job - Front of House Princess Lodges Employee Review

Pros

You only have to think about work and sleep. Don't miss the shuttle. 3 meals per day. 3 choices for employee dining. There's never a shortage of work to be done, so if you want a second or third job, you'll always find a place. The more remote a lodge is, the better the money and treatment is. Beautiful scenery and vibes.

Cons

Management is shady. Some managers (and employees) are knowingly taken with DUIs, criminal charges. Upper and lower manages sees every employee as replacable. It's worse for J1 workers - tips get stolen a lot from J1s, unreasonable shifts get assigned to J1s, their opinion does not matter. Despite reports, nobody takes action as long as it doesn't escalate.

3 meals a day, good employee housing, fair pay and great coworkers.

It can be a bit of a hike getting around the resort if you miss a shuttle.
