Cons

- be manipulated to the point of severe depression by senior engineers - lifestyle restrictions and constant spying, out of work hours too - staff convincing other staff members to also turn on you, with no explanation - Destroy your ambitions to have a career in the industry

Pros

Let’s start with the PROs:- 1. The benefits are good since you in theory can do space available on the other carnival brands. 2..The training bonus was nice to have as a buffer and they kept it for 6 months 3. Ability to work remote was great for work life balance and flexibility even though it was temporary.

Cons

Now let’s do the Cons:- 1. The leads are absolutely terrible, having worked at other cruise lines, I must say it was the worst. They recycled the same leads to the point where you end up spam calling guests. 2. There is very little opportunity for success as a new hire. Just to put in context of the 24 people in my training class we are left with 8 in less than 1 year. So there is that 3. The training is terrible, you spent half the time learning their archaic reservation system though they do have another which is more modern but you honestly have to know both which is interesting.
