What to start with...
Feels like a family-operated business with tight deadlines and a lot of stress. If you're an employee or remote, it's not too bad because they seem to be trying to build some sort of culture.
But… for contractors, it’s pretty bad.
The e-commerce department is fun to work in only if you enjoy 12-hour deployments and being yelled at during system demos.
The environment feels toxic — good people disappear, and the ones who stay are trying hard to survive.
If you desperately need a job, it’s okay for a few months, but if you're deciding whether to take a contract with them or not — don’t.
You most likely won’t be appreciated.
But hey, if you're family or connected to someone there (which seems pretty common), you’ll probably end up as an employee anyway.
