Pros
The stores aren't too big and the job is overall pretty easy like most retailers. Customers are usually regulars since it's a "local" as in a smaller Canadian based retailer.
Cons
Like most retail jobs, highschool mentality management. Work drama. Nothing is really being done seriously.
