Really liked the culture. Easy going staff and management. Flexible schedules and nice profit sharing program. Loved that the home office is located in Winnipeg and since it's not downtown, the parking is free!

Found that the compensation for some positions was far less than it should have been, although this was partly relieved by the profit sharing program. Hard work some days, some positions would sit open for ages without getting filled, meaning more work for the people left over
