Pros
Interacting with customers was fun Pay is pretty good
Cons
Hours are demanding. Multiple people are assigned clopening shifts (a full day shift (~12 hours) and then be scheduled to work again the next day). The schedule, at best, comes out 3 days before the start of the next work week. So, if you have a shift on Monday, you would get, at most, a 3 day notice. Unpaid training they disguise as a 'trial period'. So, they don't legally have to pay you. This takes about 20 hours from what I remember. The environment is cliquey and, at times, the management contributed to this. In other words, favoritism. A coworker was let go due to "missing work too many times". But this only happened because they were very sick and had a throat infection. High turnover rates. The owner does not care about you and is very upfront about it. The only time they are concerned about your wellbeing is if there is a possibility they can be sued.
