The ability to bully others to get what you want. Bullying is supported by Management, so the behavior is accepted among the trade.
Cons
You cannot take a quarterback out of a Team and expect to score any points, you can have the strongest defense and take everyone to Court..but if you fail to move forward and secure position..then you will never be able to call yourself a true builder..you are in essence just a lawyer looking for the next claim to cover the losses caused by the incompetence of the team that you have beaten down into submission. Prince will not respect you, value you or listen to you. Cashflow is all that is needed, meaning that you are a number, a turnover, a body. My advice is that if you are an eager person with a motivated attitude and you are a true engineer or a true builder and you seek to work for a company that will always put you first..then apply elsewhere.
