When I first started the company everyone was incredibly friendly. I would get greeted by the CFO on a daily basis and then always looked to for my professional advice. I was well respected for the progress I had made and due to this I was promoted several times within the 6 years I had been there. There was great work life balance and the company held a baby shower for me and my wife for our fist child. This is something companies just do not do anymore.

Ever since a new CEO started I have seen the company and the once positive morale diminish. The CEO had brought in his people to replace veteran people that didn't need to be replaced. This company has been voted one of the best and brightest companies to work for. This is not true and was totally manufactured. The reason why this company achieved that status is because people were afraid to be honest on the survey because the thought that it may be traced back to them and they would be fired. HR is a joke. People were protected and there were issues that were brought up for bullying and harassment on several occasions on multiple people and nothing ever came of it. But the second an hourly employee was accused of the same they were let go. This company was never this was with the old CEO.
