Pros
They actually care about the worker and their needs. They look out for the growth and development of the people. The pay is very much on par if not above standard and never left me wanting or needing. From the most junior to the most senior person communication is easy and never blocked at any level. I had a great eight years with them and would be happy to return.
Cons
Once your time is up on contract thats it. Insurance ends that day. Not all managers are equal. No standard to work against. Some are far and above others. If you draw a bad one it may take to long till they are gone.
