Autonomy at first, great building/hotel/asset with so much potential but poor management.

No direction or learning opportunities. No control over expenditure budget. Not confident it is five star.

Beautiful venue in a great location. One of the most historic places in the city. As a corporate hotel, it is a great place to make connections.

So much potential, management has got not clue what they're doing. They stifle innovation and will be behind their competitors in no time. No opportunities for growth, no space to express yourself.
