Accidents and drivers who dont know nothing

It is fulfilling job to watch people become wonderful drivers.

The owner doesn't care about the employees. I was complaining about having medical issues for years and they never offered medical insurance. Then get fired when these issues start to effect my work. I also watch them push out an employee for having metal health issues that were not dangerous. It was just depression. The cut his hours tremendously till he left. I also watch the owner spend all the company money on hotels and personal trips. Then have the employees work even more because he spent all the money. This company has absolutely no growth and is not worth the time.
