The team members were supportive and easy to work with.

Management needs significant improvement. There was noticeable favoritism, especially at the leadership and HR levels, which affected team morale. Compensation was relatively low compared to expectations, and growth opportunities were limited. There was a lack of transparency and fairness in how employees were treated. There was no proper exit process—no one from HR or management reached out to understand reasons for leaving. Regular one-on-one meetings and feedback sessions were also missing, except for a few selected employees. Employee recognition was lacking. There were no rewards, compensation, or time-off provided for weekend work, leading to poor work-life balance
