      Cannot think of one really

      Cons

      Lots of people in management and lead positions who are clearly unfit for the job. Some simply lack very basic soft skills and social intelligence to lead, to manage and interact with other people. Poor social judgment, lack of empathy/common sense and microaggressions are shockingly common in many people in lead roles
