Pros
It's difficult to find an assembly job that won't suck the life out of you with its inherent repetitive nature. Primera is different in that you learn to assemble each part of a complex whole and are free to change stations within your line, and headphones and radio can be used. The building is quiet, clean and climate-controlled. Management heads are generally very personable and will work with your schedule and listen to your concerns. There is opportunity for growth and incentives to do well. Looking back at all of the jobs I've held I can say this was certainly one of the better ones.
Cons
Overall satisfaction with the job is moderately dependent on which line you are assigned to. This is a random assignment but affects salary, job difficulty, and employee relations.
Pros
Fellow co-workers are nice to work with
Cons
Corporate office expects the warehouse staff to meet demands that are unattainable especially with the number of staffs in each production team. Some employees work in multiple lines to meet said demands and are reprimanded if they don’t meet their quota
