Tons of cons: 1. Worst management and infrastructure ever. 2. Using oldest technologies i.e. JSP and Servlets and no scope at all for improvement. 3. Owner is biggest concern here, treating employees like slaves. Using bad words daily to employees. He treat himself like a owner of multi billion dollar organization and invented out of world technology. 4. Getting job by quitting this organization is also big challenge because no one will entertain you as you don't have experience on latest technologies. 5. Never give offer letter, confirmation letter, experience letter on time, you need to go to owner daily and finally if he gives you it is with lots of deliberate mistakes and for change again he will ask to come next week. 6. 90% of work is support only by taking remote access of clients to solve very basic issues. 7. Very very bad experience not only to me but for everyone here who are working and those who left organization. 8. Generally hires fresher from SEED Infotech, I think SEED Infotech should blacklist such cheap organization. 9. Not a level of giving 1 star also on Glassdoor. 10. Final advice to job seekers: There are ample of organizations and opportunities outside but never ever join this organization other wise your career will really get suffer.

Not that I can think of. Maybe getting an experience letter to remove the freshers tag. Getting both software as well as hardware expirence while fixing your own systems.

Basic infrastructure : Chair, Table, Second hand A.C., Old systems from the time the company started i.e 15 yrs. old Professional Etiquette : NO. No documents on time, have to request several times, No payslips, No decent way of behaving with empemployees or even client. If the client is a big name all is good or else the client not valued. Training : NO. You are hired as a developer or tester, so you should figure out how to do it. Training is called spoon feeding here. Salary : 8k starting salary. Even an 12th pass guy would earn more than this. Recreational Activites : Repairing your systems, Looking at your systems as there literally no work to do most of the time. Freshers please not loose hope, you will defiantly get the best opportunity than this. If only you don't have any other option for more than a year you can join but be sure to leave as soon as you can.
