Disappointing - Anonymous employee Primecare Medical Employee Review

LPN's with no clinical experience supervising experienced LPN's and RN's. HSA has favorites and treats other staff members poorly and is not shy about favoritism. Denial of care to patients daily. Unprofessional. Very little teamwork. Poor orientation. Nurses refuse to take report and provide continuity of care. The staff will eat you alive and the HSA is part of it.
