Work from home, great benefits and fair compensation.
Cons
Unstable and unprofessional OPS management. Leadership is not supportive and does not speak the truth. Staff does not feel supported by the new leadership. Personal decisions are made based off of friendships rather than making sound business decisions on what is best for the overall department & company.
