A very laid back environment, with a small work space. You earn PTO as you are on with the company.
Cons
Not much place to grow if you are not a loan officer. I am not able to grow my marketing experience and creativity because of the restrictions my team leader has put on me. I do not feel fulfilled during my day - to - day schedule.
