Prime Flight - PSA PrimeFlight Employee Review

Very poor and unprofessional management team for PSA agents, favoritism is always present in assigning duties therefore unfair and poor training but expected to know everything in the 5 day training program. Limited employee appreciation. They want people to work 24/7 with no work/life balance. No sense of team work. Always unorganized work place environment. Always last minute changes and updates. Lacks employer/employee communication and lacks organizational skills.
