The company occasionally provides free things like lunch, beer, or other treats. They also have free coffee and tea to drink.
Cons
Minimal training with high expectation of perfection. No coaching but constant gossiping and complaining about others. Very clique like atmosphere and the upper management consistently holds very negative meetings filled with screaming, yelling and swearing at employees. New building is in an unfavorable location and many employees complain about feeling scared to walk to and from their car.
