Pros
Great benefits and compensation also generous with PTO. They also give tuition reimbursement but make sure you will be with them more than 2 yrs. Otherwise you will be paying that money back! Don't really see what is the point of this policy if you worked for the grade and if the employer is willing to repay for loans you might have taken out for the course.
Cons
Poor management skills,they appear to be for their employees but it's just a front. HR is supposed to be for the people not management! Management has no clue about the day to day functions. If there are any changes within the company that can effect your dept. Expect to hear it from your coworkers because communication SUCKS!
