Horrible treatment of new employees; no sharing or collaborating on teams; middle management is incompetent and hires their own people that can inform on everyone and anyone. performance reviews and advancement in your career is at the discretion of your manager. A people company, not process company - maturity level very low. Turnover high, mostly Jan-March during performance reviews and before bonus award. Performance process used to get rid of people that are different. Docility is appreciated.
