Terrible management- run the call center like a mean girls club, management will use whatever they can against you, does not listen to scheduling concerns, different rules apply based on employee/whose the favorite of the week, old buggy software, low hourly pay, unreasonable expectations, severely micromanaged, public humiliation for mistakes and harassing emails sent thru out the day
