This company is the very definition of "The Cost Of Poor Quality". Products from Prime Robotics are rolled out without proper testing for functionality or safety, new versions of hardware are released to customers without consideration for lessons learned/past actuals, and hardware is not built to any recognized quality standards.
The majority of the team lacks defined roles or direction, and are exploited for their age, lack of experience and/or work visa status. Despite Prime's small size, approximately 33 individuals have quit the company's US team in the last 2 years alone; a statistic is largely due to the CEO's overt lack of ethics. The CEO regularly allows his personal politics to permeate work meetings, including- but not limited to- diminishing the contributions of both educators and People Of Color. The CEO regularly ignores safety protocol, demeans and bullies staff members at all levels, and shifts the entire US team on a whim without any regard for long-term planning, knowledge continuity, or people's work-life balance.
This company currently lacks the structure and discipline to remain successful long term, and major accomplishments are made in spite of the senior leadership team, not because of it.
