Prime Robotics Response
9moPrime Robotics is not the right place for everyone. When commitments are made and results don’t come, what matters is how people respond. Some take ownership, learn, and dig deeper. Others walk away and then try to attack the company afterward. That is not the culture we want at Prime.
Our objectives this year have been consistent: deliver on challenging customer projects full of innovation, continually improve our products, and upgrade our demo center. The demo center is essential — for customers, it demonstrates our technology and proves our capabilities; for employees, it allows deeper testing and problem-solving, which extends our industry-leading uptime and makes the work more rewarding. Ironically, upgrading the demo center was something the reviewer themselves championed until the day they left — yet they never did anything to accomplish it. When the time came, we stepped in to ensure the right result for a critical customer visit. And the truth is, it was their own team that stepped up and delivered once they were gone — something that would not have happened if they had stayed. The truth is in the results.
We do thank the reviewer for at least acknowledging our major accomplishments. Our largest objective this year is building a robotic work station for tall pallet building — a system that is industry-leading, showcases our inventiveness, and demonstrates our vision of fully integrated warehouses. The market is already showing that this is exactly what customers want, and we are setting the standard there.
We wish this reviewer peace, but their character and behavior were inconsistent with our dream of building a remarkable robotics company. Prime is not the right place for those who make excuses or undermine their colleagues. It is the right place for those who take accountability, improve with every turn, and find meaning in doing hard things that matter.
Our vision is ambitious: to become the American leader in robotics — proving that American innovation can lead, transform an industry, and build a company its employees are proud to be part of.
