- The position allows for some scheduling flexibility - Cash commissions during busier times of the year - The quality of the food itself is good

- No company equipment (phone, laptop, etc.) provided - No benefits provided - It is a high stress position without the financial reward - Commissions are dependent on the time of the year so the position is somewhat seasonal

Education was mandatory and readily available for products. Regular information sessions on upcoming menu changes. Very good physical security for the employees. Ability to work independently and not be micro managed.

Difficult or nearly impossible to get time off when needed. Adjusting hours to exclude overtime and not being accountable for producing clock out slips. Disregard for employees and educational constraints.
