Pros
Education was mandatory and readily available for products. Regular information sessions on upcoming menu changes. Very good physical security for the employees. Ability to work independently and not be micro managed.
Cons
Difficult or nearly impossible to get time off when needed. Adjusting hours to exclude overtime and not being accountable for producing clock out slips. Disregard for employees and educational constraints.
