Pros
awesome place to work for ! very understanding management and great values for the company. flexible and communicative. You have a lot of options to get certain areas of work done, and enough responsibilities that you can manage on your own
Cons
The only down side is the low pay, and that you need to have the appropriate education. You have to have a bachelors degree at a minimum. You have to really care about what you are doing, because the pay is not very good.
