PROS about the company can be written by the company management and not by the employees as they cannot write fake pros on the glassdoor.
Cons
- No proper hike - Sometimes 0 hike on the package if anybody is relocating to hyderabad (esp from banglore). - They dont consider resources as valuable asset instead consider them as machines to work round the clock without hike and promotion. - HR management is the topmost worst department of this company. - The management never comes on anything positively. - The worst policy of the company is if a person gets a hike (irrespective of the figure) then he cannot leave the organization for the next 6 months else upon the resignation before completing 6 months, the company will deduct his hike amount of all the months. - No notice before firing/terminating. - No transportation facility even for female employees if its late at work. - No provision of laptop except to leads/managers which is basic necessity as female employees need to strech most of the time and find it difficult to board public transport at late hours. - No proper parking lot. - This company has managers/practise heads with attitude who escalate silly issues to management. - This company takes away employment more than giving.
