Pros
Good 15-13 schedule, great crews, outstanding Director, and Lead Cabin Host. They are really working on improving the overall experience. They are very supportive and a great mentor, especially for new hires. Great Company to start with.
Cons
I ultimately had to leave due to the lower pay scale and find a higher-paying Cabin Host position.
