Pros

I had some of the best coworkers working with Spring/Prime, and I loved the connections I made with my regular customers. 57% discount on cell phone bill.

Cons

Where shall I start? You get paid commission two months behind. I couldn't put in a two week notice for fear that I would be fired and miss out on my commission check. If you miss your goal by as little as one, you receive half of your commission check. Bonuses are impossible to attain. Upper management comes in the store and chastises employees, without providing sufficient support. Stores are slow, but at the same time understaffed, so if an employee goes on vacation, the other employees are asked to work 12 hour days by themselves, but you are not allowed to work overtime. You’re required to clock out for a 30 min break, even if you can't actually take a break because there is no staff. I worked every Sunday by myself, could not take a lunch break, and had to deal with interruptions from customers while trying to eat. Schedules are not planned out ahead, I usually received my schedule the week before. Management will contact you on your day off, with the expectation that you answer. I was contacted in the afternoon on my day off, to be at a meeting 40 minutes away from my store the next morning on my day off, then was threatened with a no-call, no-show. Once was threatened to have to come in at 7AM on my off day, for a meeting about accessories. Stores are understocked, and there is not enough inventory. When major phone releases occurred, we would receive about two devices, if any. Certain things like iPads and Apple Watches were never stocked at my store. Company refuses to pay for anything, including cleaning, even after a flood which left the store smelling moldy. Nobody that I worked with is with the company anymore, even though I'm only a few months removed from the company. From what I've heard, conditions have gotten worse. There are no raises, even based on tenure. Little opportunity to advance. Would not be surprised if the company did not exist in five years. The majority of the positive reviews are fake, posted by the very upper management that the negative reviews are talking about, in an attempt to combat the negative reviews, as we were constantly asked to post good reviews of the company. There is low moral and it is very clear that Prime does not care about their employees, and values the dollar over the people that make the dollar possible.
