Pros

Discount on wireless service, that’s it.

Cons

Where do I start? I have never worked for such a dishonest business! So many shady and unethical practices are encouraged from the top of the ladder. Customers are overcharged for services they don’t even want or ask for. Sales quotas are unattainable unless you sip the kool aid and get with the program and start doing fraudulent things to customers accounts. Guess what though... at the end of the month when it’s time for your commission payout (3 months later) that you’ve earned with all the lies and customers you’ve screwed over... they will find a way to only pay you half! Management is a joke. You’re either in with the crowd or you’re not. Favoritism all around. IT is a joke. Farid hired all his family members... good luck trying to understand those guys! No room for growth whatsoever. Benefits are trash. No overtime and if you go over, you get a write up. The turnover rate is extremely high! They’re quick to remind you how easily replaceable you are. Every day there is a new change or requirement. They run the whole company from TEXAS so it’s not like you can walk into a local building and talk to someone in HR. The whole company is a joke. I’ll wait on my collective lawsuit settlement check for working off the clock, not receiving my breaks, etc... oh wait I might not get one of those because we were forced to sign those rights away.
