Pros

Good commission structure compared to other authorized retailers. Coworkers are friendly and helpful. Flexible hours Advancement opportunities Company provides some recognition with annual Christmas party and regular sales contests.

Cons

First months with the company are extremely rough. There is little in the way of training and minimum wage for the first month. Company more concerned about being "aggressive" and closing sales at any cost than building a sustainable base of loyal customers. typical stressful retail job little in the way of benefits for regular employees company expects unpaid work in the form of daily conference calls for low survey scores. Even non salaried employees.

Pros

You get a hourly check every 2 weeks

Cons

They find every way possible to not pay you out on commission so you are left basically making a few dollars more than minimum wage. The verbally tell you to commit fraud. No work life balance. They keep stores staffed at the bare minimum so if you do call out you feel bad for screwing over your co worker who is then all alone all day. 2 people to run a store open 7 days a week is not enough.
