Pay scale is less than other companies, and although company is still growing, health benefit costs are high. Work load can be stressful in the sales field because of the retail nature of the business.
They find every way possible to not pay you out on commission so you are left basically making a few dollars more than minimum wage. The verbally tell you to commit fraud. No work life balance. They keep stores staffed at the bare minimum so if you do call out you feel bad for screwing over your co worker who is then all alone all day. 2 people to run a store open 7 days a week is not enough.
