      -As a store manager the pay is good. If your store is doing good you will get paid good. -Prime did eventually increase employees pay across the board. Which was great. -Meet people from different places and across the globe that really enjoy working with you.

      Cons

      -Commission -Breaks -Work Life Balance/Time off -Always feel like your job in in jeopardy -Unrealistic goals/unattainable depending on location.
