      Pros

      If you are the worst performer or recently fired and don't have job join this company untill you get other.

      Cons

      They will give you false promises before hiring. They will eat up your salary. They will delay the salary. They will say they have to deduct tds but they will not file it. They have started a fresh as ilabs to conceal their evil doing. They can fire you any time. They will not pick your calls. If you resign you have to forget your last month salary

      Pros

      Consulting firm, not sure how much genuine it is but only good thing is salary on time.

      Cons

      I was working with Prime Access in the year 2012, now I'm into some other organization, and now tired to reach them out to get some info about me which they have like PF No, employee ID etc etc now I'm unable to contact them through contact numbers nor through mails.. I have sent multiple reminders for the info which I really required to move into newer organization they are not responding at all, I'm don't even whether it's closed or open. All the contacts provided at the website are unreachable. And there is a mismatch in the company name and logo as Prime Access and Primaccess. This is creating problems in BGP clearance and verification in larger organization.

      good work/life balance flexible scheduling allowed me ,i have learned a lot while i was there,the facilities are amazing

      Cons

      proper training was not provided at the time of joining ,employee benefits are very limited
