a toxic environment full of negative people on the management board. managers and administrative staff there try their best to make you fail or at least find your weak point. You will not have a visible career there because you will be integrated into the wrong posts depending on their needs. As long as close to the CEO you are free to treat people in a bad way. Zero innovations and no new tech are used so when you leave you will be losing those years on nothing Daily routines, useless meetings, and hard work even on the weekends with no appreciation. you will have bla blah "career meetings" with your superior but nothing will happen after that. TLs and Managers are disqualified and assigned based on their relation with administration and heads of company
