Pros

Great health benefits, matching 401K, able to pick up any extra hours.

Cons

Co-workers/Staff are in clicks, and they have a double standard for training and policies. If a co-worker feels threatened by you asking questions of their wrong doings you get thrown under the bus without being spoken to you by upper managed because they have been there longer. Human resources doesn't even take the time to investigate the issues. They don't even ask in the hiring process if you have a disability. High turn over for the position, leaving you wonder where the problem lies.

Pros

The CTO is fantastic. As a Help Desk Tech you get a chance to learn a lot of different aspects of technology including networking, security, SQL, scripting, hardware, system administration, etc.. You get to travel to the different clinics and get to know staff.

Cons

Mostly just the standard issues of a mid-size business. Though the pay is pretty good for the role, it's hard to survive with inflation the way it is. Overall though, no big complaints about the work itself. I had fun.

Pros

Excellent coworkers who genuinely care about patients Strong teamwork among providers, MAs, and nurses Patients are great Good clinical environment overall Many dedicated providers doing their best

Cons

Recent compensation changes tied to panel size have caused a lot of confusion and stress Providers do not fully control panel size, yet large financial penalties are tied to it Expectations around panel size changed suddenly and without clear communication Morale has dropped significantly among providers Many staff feel leadership isn’t listening to concerns about the financial pressure Compensation structures are not transparent and feel unpredictable
