Pros

Work from home opportunities; sink - or -swim individual growth.

Cons

Low pay across the board with no transparency, lack of management support, unstable leadership. Working up to 80 hours a week, murky vision of future.

Pros

The people are smart, hard-working and dedicated. The work is meaningful - enjoyed my time there.

Cons

There are busy times that can require evenings/weekends, but there are also quieter times, too.

Pros

Remote work, paid hourly, equipment is provided

Cons

3+ years ago Primaris had an entirely different culture than what they have now. Changes in leadership have greatly affected employee morale. I've seen a huge decline in the way things are handled by management. Very poor communication and very poor organization are two of the first things that come to mind. Many great employees have been chased off as a result. I can't believe they haven't figured this out yet. Very sad to think where this company is headed as a result.
